As of September 30, 2020, we had 652 creditors and the aggregate amount outstanding to such creditors was Rs. 616.24 million on a consolidated restated financials statement basis. The following table sets forth details of outstanding dues to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME), outstanding dues to material creditors (As per the Materiality Policy, creditors to whom an amount exceeding ₹ 61.62 million, which is 10% of the total consolidated trade payables of our Company for the period from April 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020, was outstanding, were considered ‘material’ creditors and based on the below table, there is no material creditor of our Company as on September 30, 2020) and other outstanding dues to creditors as of September 30, 2020.
